Lake: Erie

State and federal, students and professionals, working together to tag 200 walleye in Lake Erie with internal acoustic tags. Work will help biologist and managers understand the movement and reproduction behavior of one of the most important fisheries in Lake Erie. This project is being led by Chris Vandergoot from the ODNR with the assistance of USGS Great Lakes Science Center's Lake Erie Biological Station.
