Joyce Foundation release RFP for groundwater policy analysis

The Joyce Foundation is expanding its grantmaking to support efforts to sustainably manage groundwater supplies in our region. As a starting point for this new portfolio, the foundation seeks proposals to develop a comprehensive assessment of state and tribal groundwater policies in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
