Call for IAGLR Award nominations

Each year, IAGLR recognizes excellence through its many awards. We invite you to nominate worthy candidates—it's your chance to recognize outstanding contributions in the large lake community. IAGLR members can nominate people for our three professional awards: the IAGLR Lifetime Achievement Award, the IAGLR Large Lake Champion Award, and the John R. (Jack) Vallentyne Award. The deadline is February 1.

Everyone is welcome to nominate a notable article from volume 50 (2024) of the Journal of Great Lakes Research for a journal award. Nominations will be considered for one of the following awards depending on the career status of their lead author: the Chandler-Misener Award, the Elsevier Student Award, and the Elsevier Early Career Scientist Award. The deadline is January 15.
