Edward Verhamme

Ed Verhamme is a project engineer/scientist at LimnoTech. He has gained wide exposure to a variety of issues across the Great Lakes including toxins, harmful algal blooms, hypoxia, invasive species, and point and non-point source pollution. In addition, Verhamme has worked on many collaborative research teams over the years including multi-year research projects on Saginaw Bay, Green Bay, and Lake Erie. He has led projects that support research, monitoring, and ecosystem modeling for both public and private organizations including universities, power plants, water treatment plants, communities, and non-profit organizations. This diverse exposure allows Verhamme to connect with a variety of stakeholders and scientists that are concerned with protecting and restoring the Great Lakes.
