What type of payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and checks made payable to "IAGLR." All checks must be received by the IAGLR Business Office by April 20. Mail (by traceable carrier) to 4840 S. State Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.

Do you have a code of conduct?

Yes. We are committed to making IAGLR 2023 a friendly, welcoming conference for all attendees. All participants and exhibitors must agree to the IAGLR Code of Conduct when registering.

What about COVID planning?

We strongly encourage attendees to wear masks during the conference. In addition, Social Comfort Zone colored stickers will be available for you to put on your name badge to signal how you'd like to navigate the conference:

• Red: No contact - 6 feet apart; no exceptions
• Yellow: Elbows only - Still being cautious
• Green: High fives & handshakes - Frequent hand washing

Can I send a substitute or cancel my registration if I can’t attend?

You may request a 50% refund by sending an email to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued after April 7, 2023.

In all circumstances, we encourage paid IAGLR 2023 registrants who cannot attend to

• transfer your registration to another individual instead of canceling
• modify in-person to viewing-only registration and receive a refund for the rate difference through April 7
• allow IAGLR, a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to retain the funds as a donation

I paid an abstract submission fee. Does that count toward registration?

Abstract fees are separate from registration. Costs for registration are in the table above.
