Fellow researchers from around the world will gather in Brockport, New York, on the shores of the Erie Canal for IAGLR's 62nd annual Conference on Great Lakes Research. Hosted by The College at Brockport, State University of New York, the conference will feature four days of scientific sessions and speakers focusing on our theme Large Lakes Research: Connecting People and Ideas. IAGLR 2027 Call for Sessions is open! Due September 18

We invite you to propose a scientific session for our 70th Annual Conference on Great Lakes Research. The conference will be held May 24–28, 2027, in Duluth, Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior. The conference theme is Great Lakes, Global Impacts. Session chairs should be prepared to facilitate a session that welcomes both in-person and virtual oral presentations and audience participation at this hybrid event. Join us May 25–29, 2026, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, for the 2026 Joint Conference of the International Association for Great Lakes Research and the Society of Canadian Aquatic Sciences. A great program is in store with four days of inspiring scientific sessions and speakers centered around our theme Connected Waters: Bridging Communities & Ideas.
