Postponed
The international conference Implications of Climate Change and Human Impact on Large Lakes previously scheduled for September 12-18, 2022, in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, Russia, has been postponed by decision of the local host Northern Water Problems Institute. Co-sponsored by the European Large Lakes Symposium and IAGLR, the conference had originally been scheduled for September 2021. First a pandemic, and now a war, are forcing another postponement. The ELLS-IAGLR International Organizing Committee is considering future options for the conference.
