Note that this application is NOT your conference registration. Once you have submitted this form, please return to the conference web site and register for the conference from the Registration link at the top of the page. All sponsors and exhibitors must PRE-Register for the conference. Just indicate "Complimentary Exhibitor" in the comments field, and your registration fee will be waived after the business office confirms your exhibit space.

A single standard exhibit space features the following:
  • Skirted 6' table, chair and an electrical outlet (approximately 10' floor space)
  • Complimentary Conference Registration for one person+, per exhibit space rental (a $550 value!)
  • Company name, address and www link published via our web site and conference materials^
  • Daily refreshments are also offered to promote steady traffic to your booth
